All videographers who have won 2 or more awards in the same category throughout the course of the year have now progressed as a finalist to the end-of-year awards!
Congratulations to all who have made it to this list. The standard expected to receive an IPPVA award is very high.
The judging sessions from the 2022 heats were recorded and are available to members to view under the resources section of the website. This could not happen without our wonderful judges. Thank you most sincerely to them. The time and effort involved are much appreciated.
The Irish Professional Photographer of the Year and the Irish Professional Videographer of the Year as well as all category winners will be announced at the annual gala dinner which is a highlight of our events calendar. We are delighted to have been able to set Sunday, March 26th, 2023 as the date for this amazing night.

IPPVA Videographers can submit to the Commercial category any video that is commissioned to illustrate a product, people, expertise or to promote brand awareness.

The following professional commercial videographer based in Ireland has been announced as the sole finalist in the Commercial category of the IPPVA Irish Professional Videographer of the Year Awards 2023, having won multiple awards in the Commercial category during the heats in 2022.
The Wedding category is where IPPVA members submit commissioned videos shot at real weddings. These are all filmed under the real-time pressures of a wedding day, edited in the individual videographers style, and vary from traditional to cinematic, storytelling to posed, highlight reel to full wedding video.
